This Dektite Ezi-Seal flashing is designed to provide an effective waterproof seal around pipes penetrating through roofs.

Flue Flashings and Weather Slates
Where a flue system passes through a roof or wall to the external of the building, it is inevitable that outside elements- wind and rain- will attempt to penetrate through into the interior. To prevent this, flashings and weather slates have been designed to fit snugly around the flue pipe or liner, on the external section, to protect the roof or wall and interior of the building. We supply a wide range of flashings and slates, ranging from heavy duty lead slates, from Central Milled Lead Ltd, to lightweight aluminium and flexible rubber flashings from Seldek and Dektite. All our flashings are very versatile, allowing it to be moulded to achieve the best possible fit. Our lead slates come with varying degrees of pitches, so depending on the pitch of the roof, we will have lead slates to match.
