Delivery Service Options
Order by 5:30pm Monday - Friday for next day delivery to home or direct to site, on all stocked items at our Distribution Centre.
Deliveries are between 8:30am and 6:30pm Monday - Friday. Premium deliveries are before the time selected and weekend deliveries are between 9:00am and 5:00pm.
A signature will be required on delivery unless stated upon ordering where parcels can be left in a safe place, you can choose your delivery day up to 7 days in advance. If you have provided a mobile number you should receive a text message from 9:00am on the day of delivery,
Until further notice, Our couriers will not obtain a signature for any parcel from our customers. This is to prevent the handheld terminals from being passed around multiple people. You will be asked to give your name, which the driver will record on the terminal and the driver will also write ‘Covid19’ against the POD so we have a record of why there is no physical customer signature.

▶ Northern Ireland & Scotland Delivery?
Our delivery service to Northern Ireland and Scotland has a standard 1-2 working day service and delays are possible dependent on the location and weather. Please contact us for further advice if required.▶ Can I track my order?
Once your item has been dispatched you will receive an email with the courier's details and your consignment number.
If you have provided your mobile number then you will receive a free text message around 9:00 am on the day of delivery informing you of your parcel/s progress.
▶ Can I get delivery to countries outside of the UK?
We can and do deliver all over the world, please contact us before placing an order as the carriage charges will differ from the website and we may need to adjust the price to meet the country's requirements
